The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales through optimizing backend operations and innovating front end customer experience and retail strategy. This role will be a key player in the Bulletin store experience, seeking to constantly drive foot traffic and improve customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities: - Ensure all resources are aligned to create a memorable and top of the line customer experience in Bulletin stores. - Manage Brand Experience Leader part-time store staff, from scheduling to onsite direction/delegation to personal career development. - Optimize and maintain all brick-and-mortar location operations through staffing, technology and physical maintenance plans. - Manage store supply needs. - Run part-time staff payroll. - Develop effective training materials and program for Brand Experience Leader team in stores to quickly learn Bulletin brands, products, store operations and promotions. - Execute all promo plans along side VP of Merchandising & Brand Experience and execute in all physical Bulletin locations. - Create an environment in our stores that is unique, fresh and notable for customers as well as productive, caring and compelling for employees. - Oversee store visual merchandising - Work with Merchant Team on weekly VM plans and reactive yet creative display changes to drive sales. - Orchestrate in-store events. - Construct monthly inventory counts to safeguard inventory accuracy and work with Merchant team on all reconciliations. - Full-time salaried position - Health care benefits Qualifications: - 2+ years of retail management experience. - Experience managing a large part-time team. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Analytical and impeccably organized with keen attention to deadlines. - Demonstrate dependability, responsibility, and integrity in their work ethic. - Must be able to work Thursday through Monday
